The team comprises 26 staff, including Occupational Therapists, Disability Officers, and Community Assessment Officers. The Sensory and Telecare teams are also part of the Independent Living Service teams. The OTs in the team aim to provide specialist assessments of the needs of people with disabilities across the district to promote their independence by offering advice /techniques, equipment, adaptations, and support.
